Ramandeep have over 6 years of experience in IT field ranging from Customer Service Desk to Process Engagement using ITIL standards. He have worked with IT giants like Wipro, HCL and GS1 Australia and helped them in scaling their IT services to next level. He has a proven record in working with many ITSM tools and is expert in using Excel and BI tools. He also has experience to conduct technical audits with third parties, working on business cases and have taken business improvement initiatives in scaling their processes and functions.
